💼 Your role

As a Marketing & Communication Trainee, you will be part of RRYP Global's strategic communications and brand development department, collaborating directly with management in the execution of the firm's marketing and international positioning plan. You will participate in branding, digital communications, technological innovation, and global brand management projects, learning how an international law firm communicates and positions itself.

⚙️ Responsibilities

• Updating and optimizing the corporate website and digital channels.
• Creation and management of content for social media, campaigns, and institutional communications.
• Support in the implementation of artificial intelligence systems applied to marketing and productivity.
• Coordination of visual and audiovisual materials aligned with the RRYP Global identity.
• Monitoring of results and digital metrics (SEO, analytics, engagement).
• Collaboration in internal communication and institutional relations actions.

🎓 Candidate profile

• Master's student in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Journalism or similar.
• English level B2 – C1 (essential requirement).
• Interest in the legal, business and international communication sectors.
• Knowledge of digital tools (WordPress, Canva…).
• Precise writing skills and aesthetic sensitivity.
• Creative, organized profile with strategic thinking.

As a Legal Trainee at RRYP Global, you'll join a multidisciplinary legal team and work directly with the Legal Department in managing national and international matters, gaining practical experience in real-world legal practice. You'll learn the inner workings of a modern firm, based on technical excellence, process digitalization, and personalized support for global clients.

️ Responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing procedural documents and legal papers.
• Support in legal research.
• Collaboration in family and inheritance cases involving foreign elements, as well as civil and commercial matters.
• Participation in strategic immigration procedures and international mobility.
• Updating files in internal systems.
• Attendance at meetings, training sessions, and legal reviews with the firm's attorneys.

🎓 Candidate's profile

• Student of the Master's Degree in Access to the Legal Profession (in progress or in internship phase) extracurricular).
• Excellent level of legal writing and analytical thinking.
• Interest in Private International Law and transnational relations.
• Minimum English level B2 (C1 is an asset).
• Responsibility, discretion and commitment to professional quality.

💼 your mission

You will be responsible for promoting the Strategic Immigration and International Mobility practice, providing comprehensive legal advice to individuals, executives, and companies in transnational mobility, foreign investment, and professional relocation processes. Your role will combine technical rigor with a global perspective, contributing to the firm's international positioning.

🧭 What will you do?

• Provide advice on residencies for investors, entrepreneurs, highly qualified professionals, and intra-company mobility.
• Manage complex immigration procedures: settlement, reunification, nationality, and regularization.
• Assisting international companies and groups in their labor mobility and immigration compliance processes.
• Coordinate relations with consulates, administrations and international organizations.
• Participate in the internal structuring of the area, standardizing flows, models, and quality criteria.

🎯 Buscado profile

• Graduate or Bachelor of Law, with at least 1 year of experience in Immigration or International Mobility.
• Master's degree of specialization.
• English level C1 (essential requirement).
• A third language (French, Arabic or Portuguese) will be an asset.
• Analytical capacity, strategic orientation and international mentality.
