Special categories and data of a criminal nature
In an initial contact, it is not necessary to send documentation or provide particularly sensitive information , unless it is essential to properly formulate the request.
During the provision of an Initial Legal Meeting, the nature of the matter may make it necessary to know health data or other special categories of personal data, as well as information relating to minors or other particularly sensitive circumstances.
These categories of data will only be processed when necessary for the corresponding professional purpose and when one of the conditions provided for by the applicable regulations is met, including, where appropriate, the need for processing for the formulation, exercise or defense of claims.
In criminal matters, it may also be necessary to know information relating to proceedings, measures, convictions, or offenses. Its processing will be limited to the cases permitted by applicable law.
The First Legal Meeting does not in itself imply the opening of the corresponding documentary file for a possible subsequent professional engagement.
Purposes and legal bases
Information and contact requests
The data may be processed to handle the communication, provide the requested information and carry out the pre-contractual actions that the interested party may have requested.
The legal basis will be, depending on the nature of the request, the application of pre-contractual measures at the request of the interested party or the legitimate interest in responding to communications voluntarily addressed to RRYP Global that are not of a contractual nature.
First Legal Meeting
The data will be processed to identify the client, manage the booking, carry out the necessary professional checks beforehand, detect possible conflicts of interest, manage payment and invoicing, hold the meeting and make communications related to the service.
The main legal basis will be the execution of the contract and the application of pre-contractual measures, as well as compliance with legal or professional obligations where applicable.
Administrative management and invoicing
Data necessary for collections, invoicing, accounting and compliance with tax, commercial or administrative obligations will be processed on the basis of the contractual relationship and compliance with the corresponding legal obligations.
Complaints, rights and claims
Data necessary to manage requests to exercise rights, complaints, claims or potential liabilities may be processed to comply with legal obligations and to formulate, exercise or defend claims.
Website Security
Certain technical data strictly necessary to protect the Website, prevent illicit, abusive or fraudulent uses and diagnose incidents may be processed, based on the legitimate interest in preserving the security and proper functioning of the systems.
Identification and conflicts of interest
Before providing legal advice, the data reasonably necessary to sufficiently identify the potential client and to know the identity of the persons or entities involved in the matter may be requested.
This information may be necessary to check for conflicts of interest, incompatibilities, or other professional impediments.
The lack of essential information to carry out these checks may prevent the contracting or holding of the First Legal Meeting.
Origin of the data and data from third parties
Generally, data is obtained directly from the interested party when they use the Website, complete a form, contact RRYP Global, make a reservation, contract a service or participate in a meeting.
In certain consultations, it may be necessary for the potential client to identify other people or entities related to the matter, especially to check for conflicts of interest or to properly understand the issue raised.
RRYP Global does not generally require that the client has previously informed a counterparty that their data will be communicated to request legal advice.
When processing data that has not been obtained directly from the interested party, the information obligations that are required will apply, taking into account the exceptions provided for by the applicable regulations.
Zoom and support tools
The First Legal Meeting is held via Zoom.
RRYP Global will be able to use Read AI as a visible assistant to facilitate the transcription of certain meetings and the preparation of internal notes or summaries.
Participants will be informed in advance of its use and the required consent will be obtained before activating the transcription.
Refusal to use this feature will not prevent the meeting from taking place.
The transcripts, notes or summaries generated are for internal use only and do not constitute service deliverables, except by express agreement or applicable legal law.
These tools are auxiliary in nature and do not replace professional legal assessment nor are they used to make legal decisions about the client based exclusively on automated processing.
Recipients and service providers
Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties except when necessary for the purposes described, there is a legal obligation, it is necessary to provide a requested service or there is another valid legal basis.
They will be able to access certain data, to the extent necessary for their respective functions:
- hosting, security and technology support providers;
- providers of forms, reservations and communications;
- videoconferencing providers and auxiliary tools used during the meeting;
- entities and providers related to means of payment;
- billing and administrative management providers;
- providers of electronic communications and management of informational or commercial mailings;
- advisors and professionals subject to confidentiality obligations; and
- Public administrations, authorities or other recipients when there is a legal obligation or it is legally appropriate.
When a supplier processes personal data on behalf of RELACIONATEYPUNTO SL, their involvement will be subject to the guarantees required by applicable regulations.
International transfers
The use of certain technology providers may involve the processing of or access to personal data from countries located outside the European Economic Area.
Where an international transfer takes place, it must be carried out through one of the mechanisms recognized by the applicable regulations, including, as appropriate, an adequacy decision of the European Commission, standard contractual clauses or other valid safeguards.
Where applicable, adequacy decisions may be used with respect to countries, sectors or organisations recognized by the European Commission.
Additional information regarding the guarantees applicable to a specific transfer can be requested by writing to [email protected].
Data retention
The data will be kept for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected and, subsequently, for the periods required or permitted by applicable legislation to address possible liabilities.
Information requests that do not lead to a contract will be kept for the time reasonably necessary to address and close the request and, subsequently, where appropriate, to address possible liabilities.
Data relating to reservations, contracted services, payments, invoicing and evidence of contracting will be kept for the duration of the corresponding relationship and subsequently for the applicable legal periods.
Data used for marketing communications will be retained as long as the corresponding legal basis remains in effect. Following an opt-out or objection, the minimum information necessary to verify and respect that decision may be retained.
When the data is no longer needed, it will be deleted or kept blocked as required by applicable regulations.
Commercial and informational communications
RRYP Global may send informational or commercial communications when there is a legal basis that allows it.
When the recipient's consent is required, it will be specifically requested and may be withdrawn at any time.
When a prior contractual relationship exists and the legally established requirements are met, communications relating to similar services to those initially contracted may be sent, always offering a simple and free mechanism for objection.
Sending an inquiry or simply using a form does not in itself imply consent to receive advertising.
The cancellation of commercial communications will not affect communications necessary to manage a reservation, a contracted service, an invoice, a claim or other legitimately existing relationship.
Rights of interested persons
Interested parties may exercise, where applicable, the rights of access, rectification, erasure, opposition, limitation of processing and portability , as well as withdraw consent with respect to processing based on it.

The data subject may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. In Spain, this authority is the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
Minors
The Website and the services that can be contracted directly through it are not intended for self-employment by minors.
The above does not prevent a person with standing from raising a legal question related to a minor.
In that case, the data relating to the minor that are necessary to provide the requested advice may be processed, with the legally applicable guarantees.
Security and confidentiality
RRYP Global will adopt appropriate technical and organizational measures, taking into account the nature of the processing, its context and the existing risks, with the aim of preserving the confidentiality, integrity and availability of personal data.
Persons authorized to access personal data will be subject to the corresponding confidentiality obligations.

Cookies and third party services
The use of cookies and similar technologies is specifically regulated in the Cookie Policy and through the consent management system available on the Website.
When a technology is not necessary and requires consent, its use will be conditional upon the preferences expressed by the user.
The Website may also link to or integrate services provided by third parties. When such third parties independently determine the purposes and means of their own processing, their corresponding terms and policies will also apply.
Update to this Policy
RRYP Global may update this Policy when necessary as a result of regulatory changes, criteria of the supervisory authorities or relevant modifications in the processing activities included within its scope.
The current version will be the one published on the Website, indicating its last update date.
When a modification substantially affects a processing activity for which it is necessary to inform the data subject individually, the appropriate information measures will be adopted.
